  • For paid shows, refunds must be requested directly from the Help Center at least 12 hours before the show starts.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store where the payment was made.
  • If the performance is unavoidably canceled due to a natural disaster such as Corona, a full refund will be issued.
