Want to have a great time watching the show? Let's start with the experience, how to get in, and what to expect in the show.
Performance viewing experience
- Number of viewing devices
- Only 1 device can watch at the same time.
- Viewing device type
- PC: Window, macOS
- App : Android, IOS
- Depending on the performance of your device, you may experience intermittent stuttering.
- Viewing Network Requirements
- For a smooth viewing experience, please connect to an environment with an internet speed of 20Mbps or higher.
- Data usage may increase when using 3G/LTE/5G instead of Wi-Fi.
- Viewing restrictions
- A series devices such as Galaxy A31, A52, A90, etc. that do not have the latest software version (Live viewing may not be possible)
- Overseas viewing (US, Japan) is possible, but we do not guarantee a smooth viewing experience.
How to enter the performance
- You can enter through the Library App or PC website from approximately 10 minutes before the performance starts.
- The live screen will be updated on the app or PC website with the opening of the stage approximately 10 minutes before the performance starts.
- You can sign up for notifications in the app to be notified when the stage opens.

Support
- This is a feature to support the artist.
- The amount of support is known only to the artist, and the support message is publicly displayed to both other audiences and the artist.
- For supports of 3,300 KRW (KST) or more, a message will also be displayed in the speech bubble above your character.
- All support amounts are delivered after excluding in-app payment fees.
- Depending on the performance, the support feature may not be available.
Character access
- Audience members are welcome to enter as a character and watch the performance as they wish.**
- To ensure a smooth streaming experience, we limit the number of characters to 60.
- If you don't make the cutoff, you may still be able to enter as a character based on your waitlist.
- Even if you are unable to enter as a character, you can still watch the live performance, chat, and support the artists.

1. If the black screen or stuttering persists.
- Please exit from the live screen by Settings → 'Leave Stage' and re-enter.
- If the problem occurs repeatedly, please exit the app completely and run it again.
2. If the performance video does not play
- Depending on the mobile device you are using, there is a possibility that streaming may be limited.
- You may have better results if you access the Lively website with a desktop computer browser (Chrome is recommended) and try to watch the performance.
3. Performance video is frequently interrupted.
- You may need to check if your Wi-Fi or internet plan is fast enough.
- Please make sure your internet speed is at least 20Mbps before watching.
4. The app is slow to respond.
- Depending on your device specifications, the app may be slow to respond.
- On mobile, please use Settings → 'Low spec mode' on the live screen. Characters are represented as 2D graphics instead of 3D graphics to reduce the burden on your device.
