What is a FanMeet?

  • An event where you can have a 1:1 video call with an artist. It's a special moment when you can talk to the artist alone.

3 things to do before your FanMeet

  1. Install the Lively app.

    • Update Lively App (My tab → Settings → Update App)

  3. Please update to the latest OS version for both iOS/Android.
    • Update iOS (Settings → General → Software Update)
      • iOS 15 is the minimum, 16 is recommended if possible.

Entering the FanMeet Waiting Room

  • FanMeet Waiting Room open and entry time: 30 minutes before the FanMeet starts.
    • If you set up notification permissions in the app, you'll be notified when a waiting room opens.
  • FanMeet Waiting Room access channel : Lively App (not accessible on PC)
  • FanMeet Waiting Area Entry: Appear at the top of the Lively App home screen

FAQ

Q. Where is the FanMeet waiting room?

A. On the day of the FanMeet, a waiting room will open in Lively app's Home tab 30 minutes before the FanMeet starts.

Q. Will the FanMeet waiting room be open on the day of the event?

A. The waiting room will open 30 minutes before the FanMeet starts on the day.

Q. Can you tell me the order of the fanMeet?

A. When you enter the waiting room, you can see your waiting order. The waiting room opens 30 minutes before the FanMeet starts. By default, the waiting order is determined by the time you paid.

Q. I purchased multiple FanMeet tickets, can I combine my time?

A. Yes. Even if you buy them separately instead of all at once, we'll let you combine your time.

Q. Can I purchase FanMeet tickets from abroad?

A. Yes. You can purchase internationally through the PayPal payment method on the Lively webpage.

Q. Can I run a FanMeet from abroad without any problems?

A. It works in most countries around the world. However, we recommend using a VPN to connect to FanMeet from other countries, as some areas of China may have difficulty connecting to FanMeet.
