Performance (live)

Q. Where do I enter the performance?

A. The stage will open on the app, web home screen 10 minutes before the performance starts. If you have purchased a ticket, please tap 'Enter'.

Q. I can't see my character.?

A. The number of characters is limited to about 60. However, you will be able to enter as your character one by one according to the waiting list.

Q. If I don't have a character, will I be unable to support?

A. Even if you don't have a character, you can still watch live performances, chat, and support artists.

Fanmeet

Q. Where is the waiting area for the Fanmeet?

A. On the day of the Fanmeet, you can find it in the Lively App Home about 20 minutes before the Fanmeet starts.

Q. Can you tell me the order of events at the Fanmeet?

A. You will be able to see your queue order when you enter the queue room, approximately 20 minutes before the start of the Fanmeet. By default, your queue order is determined by the time you paid.

Q. I purchased multiple tickets to the FanMet, can I combine my time?

A. Yes, you can. If you purchase them separately instead of all at once, we'll be happy to combine your time.

Q. Can I purchase FanMet tickets internationally?

A. Yes, you can. You can purchase from overseas via PayPal on the Lively website.

Q. When will replays be posted?

A. For performances that offer replays, they will be available within 14 days of the performance date from the Home → Replays menu in the Lively app. (or My → Tickets → ExitˑReplay)

However, different shows may have different replay availability dates. Please check each performance detail page for more information.

Q. Can't I watch replays on my desktop?

A. No. Replays are only available on the Lively app.
